Individuals who have completed their term as President or Co-President of Réseau Capital are recognized as Governing Members of the association. The role of the governors is to assist the President of Réseau Capital in his or her duties and to fulfill any other mandate that may be assigned to them by the Board of Directors or the Executive Committee of Réseau Capital. In addition, the Governing Members participate in the annual strategic planning of the association.
