Mr. François Chaurette has more than 25 years experience in financial, operational and strategic management having been involved in a variety of sizable transactions in North America. From 2001 to 2014, Mr. Chaurette was general partner at Novacap, one of the biggest private investments funds in Canada. Prior to this, he was a partner for a turnaround venture fund. Mr. Chaurette has been involved in private investing, and has been a member of the top management of many companies. He holds bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Accounting and is a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. Mr. Chaurette also sits on the board of directors of a variety of private companies as well as public funds.
