Clearspring will focus on the Canadian private equity mid-market and will seek to invest between $20 million and $50 million in companies that:

- operate within established and stable industries;

- have established or have the potential to establish a strong foothold in their market;

- have created or have the potential to create a sustainable, customer-focused competitive advantage;

- are led by experienced, supportive and high quality management teams; and

- have significant opportunities to grow organically or through acquisition.
