
Vincent Cloutier
Senior Advisor, Agriculture and Agri-Food Sector, National Bank
With close to 20 years of experience in the Quebec and Canadian agri-food industry, Vincent served as Senior Economist at La Coop fédérée (now Sollio Groupe coopératif) from 2010 to 2016, before becoming Director of Economic Affairs at Les Éleveurs de porcs du Québec.
He joined the Bank in 2020, where he supports the agricultural and agri-food financing teams with his expertise in global business environment analysis, agricultural policies and international trade.
A regular speaker and commentator on agri-food news, he has received a Moïse-Cossette award for his columns on agricultural issues. A four-time participant in the prestigious Harvard Agribusiness Seminar, Vincent has been a member of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec since 2001 and holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomy as well as an MBA in agri-food management from Université Laval.
