Based in Toronto, Valerie joined Swander Pace Capital in 2009 to identify and close transactions in Canada. Previously she was Managing Director at Roynat Capital Inc., Ms. Scott’s experience also includes senior positions at Calcap Merchant Bank, Working Ventures Canadian Fund and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto. Currently she is a member of the Board of Directors of Voortman Cookies Limited, Fine Choice Foods Ltd, Baukerhaus Veit Ltd. and Passport Food Group.
