Sophie Lamonde is a partner and head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott. Her practice is directed primarily to the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. Ms. Lamonde’s experience includes advising several Canadian and foreign clients in acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and general commercial negotiations. She works with businesses in various industries, including the retail, biotechnology, contract research, pharmaceuticals and communications sectors.
