
Miriam Pozza

Miriam Pozza is the Quebec Deals Leader. She works in the Montréal office of PwC Canada.
She also leads the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry for Quebec.
As a partner in the Transaction Services group, Miriam advises clients on all aspects of the acquisition process, from the initial analysis of financial and operational performance to the closing of the transaction.
Miriam has a strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and assisting clients with domestic, cross-border and global transactions. She covers a wide range of transaction services mandates, including advising on purchaser due diligence, analyzing the quality of earnings and assets, assessing forecasting processes and advising on sell-side due diligence, as well as purchase and sale agreement provisions.
Her experience spans a number of industry sectors including pharmaceuticals, technology, life sciences, industrial products and consumer packaged goods, mining and metals, and distribution.
Miriam is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Miriam joined PwC Canada in 1991. She also completed her MBA at the Manchester Business School.
She is a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Association of Québec Women in Finance.
Mirian has also been named one of the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award winners. The award reflects Miriam’s dedication to excellence and passion for inspiring the development and advancement of women in professional services.
