Mia Morisset joined Inovia Capital in Montreal in September 2018. Her mandate was to strengthen Inovia’s ecosystem in Quebec and help partners identify late-stage investment opportunities. Mia was appointed Vice President in 2020. She has been actively involved in investments in AlayaCare, Hopper and WorkJam. Prior to joining Inovia, she was part of the private equity team at PSP Investments in Montreal and London. Prior to that, she was a management consultant for Roland Berger in Montreal and Paris. Mia graduated from McGill University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction.
