Marie-Claude joined Clearspring as a Partner in September 2015. Marie-Claude is involved in all
aspects of Clearspring’s business, including focusing on building Clearspring’s presence in the province of Quebec. She has over 15 years of private equity, operational, and financial experience in Canada and Europe and brings significant transaction and sector expertise, and a proven track record of returns to the Clearspring team. Marie-Claude currently serves on the Board of Directors of Demers Ambulances.

Prior to joining Clearspring, Marie-Claude was a Managing Partner at Kilmer Capital where she was responsible for the firm’s investment activities in Quebec, including deal sourcing, execution and portfolio management. Prior to her seven years at Kilmer, Marie-Claude served as the EVP and CFO of Greiche & Scaff, a leading Montreal-based optical retailer. In addition, her experience includes investment banking in London with Goldman Sachs, as well as audit and
corporate finance with KPMG in Montreal.
Marie-Claude is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from HEC Montreal and an M.B.A. from Insead.
