Jérôme Lachance is a partner in EY’s Strategy and Transactions team in Montreal. He is part of the transactional group which specializes in financial due diligence for buyers and sellers.
Jérôme supports private and public sector companies, as well as institutional and private investors, in both local and international markets. He has been involved in numerous investment and divestiture transactions in a wide variety of industries.
Jérôme is a member of EY’s TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) sector team covering Eastern Canada.
Jérôme holds CPA and CFA designations.
