Christian Belair is Director of Socioeconomic Intelligence and Sustainability at Fondaction. A senior executive and strategic advisor, he has more than 15 years of experience in developing and implementing strategies, as well as in change management.

An entrepreneur and co-founder of Credo, a firm specializing in sustainable development and social responsibility, he has supported more than 200 executives from businesses, public organizations, and non-profits in improving their social and environmental impact. Recognized for his expertise in ESG and sustainability, he regularly advises on strategic decision-making and business model transformation.

A certified corporate director (ASC), he is currently particularly interested in the impact of artificial intelligence on management, strategy, and organizational governance.
