Named Investment Québec’s Senior Executive Vice-President, Private Equity in October 2019, Bicha Ngo is a seasoned finance professional recognized for her strategic mind and wealth of transactional experience. A major asset for the Corporation, her role is to identify and support industries and key players in our economy.
Armed with more than 25 years of experience in the transactional arena, Bicha Ngo was the Vice-President, Corporate Development at Domtar Inc., for over 9 years, where she managed transactions and oversaw the integration of acquired assets in addition to ensuring development of the company’s corporate strategy. She also spearheaded a number of asset sales and acquisitions that contributed to the organization’s transformation. Before joining Domtar, she was a member of the investment bank teams at CIBC World Markets and Merril Lynch. She began her career at HSBC.
Bicha Ngo is a CFA and received her finance degree from HEC Montréal.
