Danièle Poirier has been Senior Director, Funds, Private Markets at CDPQ since 2020.
Danièle has over 25 years of experience in finance, having spent the first half of her career in public equities, beginning at Merrill Lynch as a stock analyst. She joined CDPQ in 2007, holding various positions in several asset classes, from Director of Hedge fund strategies to Director of Operational due diligence. Danièle has been part of the Investment funds and External management team for the past three years and focused her work on Quebec managers.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Economy and Finance from HEC Montréal, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Being from Gaspésie, Danièle enjoys the outdoor and spending her weekends at her cottage in the countryside with her family.
