A look back at Réseau Capital’s Recognition Cocktail Party
In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we welcomed nearly 200 leaders of the investment capital network to the magnificent heritage space of La Maison Alcan in downtown Montreal, on september 8, 2022.
This first-ever gathering Recognition Cocktail of Réseau Capital was hosted by Claude Vachet, Managing Partner, Cycle Capital and Chairman of the Board of Réseau Capital, and Christian Roy, Vice-President, Investments, Development and Major Partnerships, Desjardins Capital and Chairman of the Recognition Committee.
It was an opportunity to celebrate and highlight the exceptional contribution of peers who have distinguished themselves through their involvement and commitment to the development of their industry.
THE 2022 WINNERS
Creator of value award
This award recognizes an individual who has made a significant contribution to our ecosystem, through the development of Quebec businesses, innovation, sustainable wealth creation and innovative approaches.

Ally for Diversity and Inclusion Award
This award recognizes an individual who, through his or her concrete actions and commitment, promotes and acts for greater diversity, in all its forms, and better inclusion within our industry.

Player of the Year Award
The Player of the Year Award recognizes an individual for his or her dynamism, involvement and recent actions in promoting and developing our industry, both locally and outside Quebec.
Congratulations to Chris Arsenault, Co-Founder, Partner and CEO, Inovia.
These first three awards were subject to a very rigorous selection process and applications were submitted and evaluated by an independent Jury composed of former Réseau Capital presidents, known as “Governor members”.
Tribute Award – Great Builder
The Great Builder Award is a special award because it recognizes the exceptional career of one of our members, whose leadership and contribution to the development of our industry are recognized by her peers.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that Janie Béïque, President and CEO of the Solidarity Fund QFL, and Patrick Pichette, Partner at Inovia, will be co-chairs of the 31st Investment Capital Congress, presented by Réseau Capital on February 16, 2023.
They will be supported in their mission by an organizing committee composed of Réseau Capital members. On behalf of Réseau Capital and the members of the private equity industry, we would like to thank them for participating in this flagship event for our industry and for contributing to the development and influence of private equity.
