CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

Annual Membership Fee

The annual membership fee is non-refundable and covers the period from September 1 to August 31 of the membership year.

Cancellation of a paid event by the participant:

Cancellations must be received in writing at least 5 business days prior to the date of the paid event to be eligible for a refund.

No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled date of the event. No credit toward another event will be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Any cancellation of a registration for a paid event will incur a 30% administrative fee.

If you register for a paid event and do not attend, you are responsible for paying the full amount of your ticket.

If you are unable to attend and unless otherwise specified, you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you notify us by email prior to the event.

Note: If there are fee differences associated with a substitute registration (e.g., member vs. non-member rates), the price difference will be credited or charged accordingly.

If a participant cancels their registration for a paid event under an annual partnership, and the cancellation is received in writing at least 5 business days before the event date, the ticket may be returned to the pool of available tickets under the partnership your organization has with Réseau Capital. If the registered participant does not attend the event, the ticket cannot be returned to the pool.

Cancellation of a free event by the participant:

Cancellations for free events do not incur any administrative fees.

However, we suggest that participants notify us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the event (so that we can adjust logistics accordingly). Participants may email us at inforeseau@reseaucapital.ca

For a cancellation by a participant of a free event as part of an annual partnership, received in writing at least 5 business days before the event date, the ticket may be returned to the pool of available tickets under the partnership. If the registered person does not attend the event, the ticket cannot be returned to the pool.

Cancellation or Postponement of an Event by Réseau Capital:

Réseau Capital reserves the right to postpone any event to a later date or to cancel it. In the event of a cancellation, Réseau Capital’s sole responsibility will be to notify registered participants and to refund in full the registration fees paid for the canceled event.

Tickets reserved as part of an annual partnership will be returned to the pool of tickets available under the partnership.
