Nathalie’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing, venture capital, government contracts, joint ventures, licensing and collaboration agreements. She also acts as counsel to private technology companies, providing legal advice on a wide range of issues, including capital raising and financing, negotiation of commercial agreements, employment law and intellectual property.
