Dominic has been a Partner at XPND Capital since 2011. Based in Montreal, XPND Capital invests in innovative companies and leaders in fast-growing sectors. Dominic specializes in the fields of technology, media, telecommunications, entertainment and electric transportation.
Prior to joining XPND, he was Senior Vice President – Corporate Banking for Messier Maris & Associés, a merger and acquisition firm specializing in international transactions in the TMT industry, for which he worked for 8 Years in New York and Paris. He spent 4 years in corporate finance for National Bank Financial in Montreal.
He sits on the Board of Directors of Taxelco Inc., Autobus Lion Inc., iPerceptions Inc. and the Marie Vincent Foundation.
He graduated from HEC-Montréal with a Master of Science in Finance (2001) and a Bachelor of Finance (1999). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
