Claire Bisson joined the Fondaction team in 2010 as Assistant Investment Manager.

Claire began her career in the technology SME sector where she held various positions from professional to manager. She joined the Desjardins Group in 1998 to develop a new service for New Economy companies, then became the general manager of a regional investment fund and finally participated in the development of a new business acquisition department.

At Fondaction, she developed unique investment channels such as sustainable agri-food, the Biomass Energy Fund and partnerships with regional niches of excellence. Since June 2020, she has been entrusted with impact investing. She serves on various special committees and boards.

Claire holds an MBA from Laval University during which she was named to the faculty’s honor roll for academic excellence.
