For the past 20 years, Guillaume Caudron has been a recognized strategist and leader in business and government. His leadership and interpersonal skills with partners and collaborators have made him a rallying force with a developed tactical ability for successfully carrying out complex projects. With a strong analytical capacity and a thorough knowledge of business issues, he is results-oriented and focused on collective performance.

He has worked for 15 years as a strategy consultant in internationally renowned firms for companies of all sizes in Europe, Asia and North America, where he has supported many business leaders in their growth and development projects.

His expertise in corporate strategy and management, along with his experience in coaching senior management, has led him to sit on the boards of directors of private companies and NPOs.

In response to a strong interest in actively contributing to Quebec’s economic and social development, he became involved in provincial politics, as a strategic advisor in the economic and financial fields, and then as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Finance and the President of the Treasury Board, where he developed a number of public policies, economic development projects and investment projects.

Through these experiences, he has gained a strong credibility and his leadership is recognized by both the business community and the government.
