We offer a workshop on the cognitive biases surrounding EDI which will give you the keys to avoid implicit prejudices.
Join a thought-provoking and conversational workshop that invites you to look at yourself and your practices from multiple angles. Don’t expect the “banking model of teaching” here, where an expert will file best practices on your notebook. The training will prioritise, in favour of learning objectives, that need for connection that is often difficult to satisfy since 2020.
You may not leave with all the answers (some of them don’t exist yet anyway), but you will certainly leave with better questions.
